Teachers and staff mark students present, late, absent, or excused via a streamlined web interface on any device.

Unattended kiosk mode

Deploy any tablet or PC as a self-service kiosk. Compatible with USB and camera-based barcode scanners.

Schedules

Multi-window schedules, schedule groups, and configurable late passes.

Define check-in windows for each segment of the school day — morning, lunch, afternoon — and assign students to the windows that match their schedule. Grace passes convert absences into late records within a configurable window.

  • Multiple check-in windows per day (e.g. Morning 7–9 AM, Afternoon 12–1 PM).
  • Schedule groups ensure half-day students are not marked absent during off-hours.

Real-time dashboard

Real-time attendance visibility, not end-of-day reports.

The dashboard updates in real time as students check in. View total expected, checked-in count, missing count, and recent scans. The per-schedule view shows exactly who is on campus at any moment.

Automated detentions

Detentions are generated automatically based on policy thresholds.

The system auto-generates detentions when a student exceeds the configurable unexcused-absence threshold. Track pending versus completed status. Bulk-complete actions. Each detention is linked to the originating absences for full audit traceability.
